This is a new way to help maintain skills, of learning some skills and stay in shape having fun with other gymnasts from all over!

What is Online Gymnastics/Fitness classes?

Whether you want to just do Online classes, or you want to add online classes to your live gymnastics curriculum, it is a great way to further develop your skills, strength and flexibility!

Class Description

Along with one of our certified gymnastic instructor, children will have fun learning, practicing and achieving basic gymnastic skills as well as basic strength, coordination & flexibility. Our teacher will be watching and helping the children perform their skills correctly with individual attention to each child. There is a max of 12 students per class.

Beginning Online Classes - Tuesday or Thursday 2:00 - 3:00pm

This fun 1 hour gymnastic/fitness class is for any Beginner Gymnast ages 5-18. To be classified as a Beginner the student should have little to no gymnastic experience or is in one of our live Level A classes. The class requires an open soft space to work in with a couch, stool or chair.

Toddler Online Classes - Saturday 9:00 - 9:45am

This is a fun 45 minute gymnastic/fitness class for any child who can walk up to age 5. It requires an adult participation (parent or trusted adult), as well as an open soft space to work in with a couch, stool or chair.
Along with our certified gymnastic instructor, students will have fun learning, practicing and achieving basic gymnastic skills as well as basic strength, coordination & flexibility. Our teacher will be watching and helping the students perform their skills correctly with individual attention to each student. There is a max of 20 students per class.

12 Months of SKILLS via Zoom

Zoom into a "Skill of the Month" with SRGC

This fun 1 hour gymnastics/fitness class is for any level person age 7+

Each month we will feature a different skill to be worked on. Join us virtually on Wednesday's from 5-6pm for tips, drills, stretching and conditioning strength needed to conquer the skill of the month!
The class requires an open soft space to work in with a couch, stool or chair. Along with our certified gymnastics instructor, students will have fun learning, practicing and achieving the specific skill of the month. Our teacher will be watching and helping the students with individual attention and corrections. There is a max of 20 students per class.

Tuition

For new members or non-active SRGC members

$40 per month for the entire family - Annual $25 membership fee
(If a student wants to add or transfer to Live classes, $15 of the annual fee will be applied to the first months tuition.)

The fee will be deducted automatically from a credit card on the 27th of each month for the following months tuition.

For current SRGC members

$35 per month for the entire family - No annual membership fee
The fee will be deducted automatically from a credit card on the 27th of each month for the following months tuition.

What you'll get after registration

*A welcome email, with a link to our customer portal, where you will need to create an account.
*An email on the first of each month with the reoccurring zoom link for the 4-5 classes for the month.
*Access to your students online skill card. The skill card will be accessible in your customer portal account and will show you your students progress. Students will be evaluated on the last class of each month. When a student passes a level, they will be prompted to move or down into the next level of online classes. These skills cards will also help determine which level of live classes the student can attend if you wish to add or change to live classes.

What you'll need to participate:
A way to watch videos on a tablet or a TV
A clear space of approximately 5ft x 5ft
Weekly, there are various class materials needed that are common household items
such as a towel, stool, pillow, canned goods or broom.

FAQ's

How do I enroll my student?
Simply call us at (707) 525-1720 or email us at info@srgymnastics.com and we will put your child on the class list.
You will receive an email with a link to our Customer Portal where you will need to establish an account and enter your credit card information.
After the above is done, you will receive a zoom link on the first of each month with the reoccurring links for the classes for the month.

What do I need to participate?
You will need :
A clear soft area (at least 5' x 5')
An open wall to do handstands
Movable clothing with hair tied back
An couch, stool or chair
Various household items that vary week to week: a pillow, socks, a broom, a towel, canned food etc.

Why is there only 1 timing options per level?
Based on demand and willingness to travel for our staff, we decided on the schedule. If demand increases, we will increase offerings!

Is there a student maximum capacity to the live classes?
Yes. Toddler classes will have a maximum number of 12 students. Beg, Int & Adv classes will have a maximum number of 20 students. Each class will have one of our certified coaches assigned to it. Coaches will assist with giving corrections so that each student is monitored during class.

Do I have to re-enroll each month?
No. Once you establish an account with our Customer Portal, we will deduct your fee each month on the 27th for the following month. Your student will have his/her spot until which time you decided to drop or pause.


How do I drop or pause the Online classes?
Simply call us at (707) 525-1720 or email us at info@srgymnastics.com, before the 27th of any month and let us know that you wish to drop. We will turn of the automatic billing but keep your information and your students skill card in our system in case you wish to restart or change to live classes.

Are classes progressive?
Yes. Our coaches will start with the basics of each level and progress on them. Achieved skills are tracked with our skill cards and easily accessed for your viewing on the customer portal.
As a student achieves the required skills in each level, you will be contacted by our staff to move your student up to the next level.

Are all levels the same price?
Yes. The price is the same regardless of level.


Can the rest of my family join my student in his/her class?
Yes! Although the skills taught are specifically designed for that level, so if other family members are at a higher or lower level, it may be slightly difficult for them.
